Something About a Man Named Ajit Pai....
PSA for US readers re: Net Neutrality
First and foremost, because if I put this at the end, no one will see it, anyone watching me who lives in the US needs to take a few minutes out of their day to look at Net Neutrality, and decide where they stand on the issue. Why? Because the FCC is meeting on 14 December 2017, and Ajit Pai intends to abolish this policy. It should concern everyone that such an influential and obviously necessary policy is being decided during the two months of the year when John Q Public is busy with holidays. That alone is enough to question how this policy change would benefit the US in any way - if you have to sneak
Voyage to the Unknown: Photomanipulation - Dark
Well, as you all know, it's coming up on Halloween!
I wandered over to Digital Art > Photomanipulation > Dark and found some incredibly interesting works! So I decided a feature was in order. :D
For the purposes of this feature, only works wherein the artists have listed the stocks used are included. There are a lot of really intriguing works in this section of the site that are nice to look at; unfortunately, many of the individuals who post them don't credit the stocks used. :(

These pieces were all suggested to receive a DD feature, but were not lucky enough to be chosen for that honor. The CVs can't feature everything, after all. But that doesn't mean I can't feature it! :evillaugh:
